  1. The Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the website myfootballcard.com and all purchases made through the Service.

    By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, such laws shall prevail.

  2. The Parties

    The seller is the owner of myfootballcard.com ("the Seller"). The buyer is the individual placing an order ("the Buyer").

  3. Description of the Service

    The Service allows users to design and purchase custom football cards using provided tools and templates.

    Users may upload their own content, including images, names, and logos ("User Content"), to create personalized products.

  4. Eligibility

    The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

    Children may only use the Service under supervision and with consent from a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility.

  5. User Content and Intellectual Property

    The Buyer confirms that they:

    • Own or have the legal rights to all uploaded content
    • Do not infringe any third party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights

    The Buyer retains ownership of their content.

    By uploading content, the Buyer grants the Seller a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

    • Store
    • Process
    • Use the content strictly for production, fulfillment, and operation of the Service

    The Seller does not verify ownership of uploaded content and is not responsible for any infringement.

    The Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel orders containing content that is:

    • Illegal
    • Offensive or discriminatory
    • Copyright-infringing
    • Misleading or harmful

  6. Prices

    All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

    Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  7. Payment

    Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or similar services.

    The Seller does not store payment details.

    The payment may be reserved at checkout and charged when the order enters production.

  8. Production and Delivery

    All football cards are made-to-order personalized products.

    Estimated production time is 2–4 business days. Tracked international shipping usually takes 7–12 days, depending on destination.

    Orders are fulfilled by third-party production and logistics partners.

    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

    The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers
    • Customs processing
    • External circumstances beyond the Seller's control

  9. Shipping Responsibility

    The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

    The Seller is not responsible for:

    • Failed delivery due to incorrect address
    • Delays or losses caused by postal services or customs

    If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping may require additional payment.

  10. Taxes, Duties and Import Charges

    Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

    These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

    The Buyer is solely responsible for:

    • Customs duties
    • Import VAT or taxes
    • Handling or clearance fees

    The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

    If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import charges, the order will not be refunded.

  11. Right of Cancellation

    All football cards are personalized products and are therefore not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started.

    The Buyer may cancel the order only before production begins.

  12. Defects and Complaints

    If a product has a production defect, the Buyer may request:

    • Replacement
    • Price reduction

    The Buyer must provide documentation (e.g. photos) and notify the Seller within a reasonable time.

    The following are not considered defects:

    • Errors in text, names, or statistics
    • Low image quality
    • Cropping or design choices
    • Minor color differences between digital and printed products

  13. Third-Party Services

    Production and delivery are handled by third-party providers.

    The Seller is not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties but will assist the Buyer where possible.

  14. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits, data, or business
    • Delays or failures outside the Seller's control

    Use of the Service is at the Buyer's own risk.

  15. Personal Data

    The Seller processes personal data only as necessary to fulfill orders and provide the Service.

  16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.

    Consumers may also have rights under local consumer protection laws in their country of residence.

    Disputes should first be resolved amicably.

    If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact relevant consumer authorities or bring the matter before the courts in accordance with applicable law.
